What are Core Concepts Accounts?

Whenever you buy a Core Concepts product, or when you sign up for our mailing list, we keep a record of your purchase on our site. Note that we do not keep your credit card information. In fact, we never see your credit card information unless you fax it to us. If you have questions about your purchases, or if you have lost your unlock codes, we can access this information.

By creating an 'account', you can also view your unlock codes, or subscribe and unsubscribe to our mailing list or the Puzzle Quest. Creating an account is easy, you just make up a name and a password for the account.

When you return to our web-site, you can log into your account by giving your account name and password. Once you are logged in, you can see what games you have bought and you can see their unlock codes. If you reformat or upgrade your computer, you can enter the new Version Key and get your new unlock codes, right from your account.

If you do not create an account, you can still contact us to get new codes. It will just be more convenient for you if you make an account.
